  • WHAT I HAVE TO DO CONSIDER WHEN RETURNING?
    Items that have not been worn and still have the original tags and packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The items may be tried on to see if they fit and if the model meets your expectations. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the amount using the payment method used at the time of purchase. OSWSA has the right to return items that appear to have been washed, worn, or show signs of damage that are not due to a manufacturing defect. OSWSA reserves the right to refuse refund requests should a customer repeatedly encounter irregularities.
  • WHAT ARE THE RETURN OPTIONS?
    On the invoice or order confirmation you will find the address to which the package must be returned. Please enclose information about partial returns and requests. As soon as we have received the returned item, the money will be transferred to your account using the payment method used during the purchase.
  • HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

The package must be handed over to DHL/POST for return. If the package is sent to us via another carrier, this is done at your own risk. Should there be a problem with the return, OSWSA cannot be held responsible. OSWSA reserves the right to refuse refund requests or not to deliver to customers if irregularities in orders or returns from a customer occur repeatedly.
  • CAN I RETURN AN ORDER EVEN IF I NO LONGER HAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING?
    Yes. Send the items in a stable outer packaging (cardboard box) so that they are not damaged.
  • WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
    The amount will be credited to your bank or credit card account within two to three weeks after we have received the return.
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?
    From the time the goods/returns are handed over to DHL/Post, it can take up to a week before we receive your order/returns. We check every return. Once this check is complete, we'll issue a refund (of a partial amount) of your payment. Depending on the payment method (bank, credit card, etc.), it can take up to three weeks before the refund is credited.
  • CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR ANOTHER SIZE?
    We can exchange the items. If the item is in stock in the desired size/colour, we will be happy to exchange it. Otherwise you will be refunded the purchase amount.
  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    You can view the order status in your customer account. Once your order is ready to ship, the status will change to Completed.
  • HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
    The shipping costs for your order are €6.00. For other European countries, see the terms of delivery and payment in the footer of the website. Shipping costs may change for promotions and special offers.
  • WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE THERE?
    The different payment methods are listed at the bottom of the notification area on each page of the website!
  • CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
    Yes. At checkout, you can select the "Add a new address" option and then provide a shipping address that is different from the billing address.
  • IS PAYING ONLINE AT OSWSA SECURE?
    Like most trusted websites, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your personal information when it is transmitted over the Internet. SSL is the standard method for online payments and is supported by Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari and other popular browsers. Using this technology, we encrypt sensitive data before it is transmitted over the Internet. SSL technology prevents your data from being viewed by third parties during transmission.
  • HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
    If you order on a workday before 12:00 p.m., your shipment will usually be made ready for dispatch on the same day and handed over to DHL. The delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days. Please note that shipping may take a little longer during the TOURNAMENT season and SALE period.
  • HOW DOES PAYPAL PAYMENT WORK?
    If you choose PayPal as your payment method at checkout, you will need to log into your PayPal account and confirm the payment. PayPal is a very secure payment method. All of your purchases are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.
  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
    If you would like to buy one of our items, simply click on "My shopping cart". To complete the order, click on "Checkout" at the top right of the shopping cart. This will take you to the payment processing page where you can enter your shipping and billing address and choose your preferred payment method.
  • WHERE CAN I FIND THE PRIVACY POLICY?
    At the bottom of the page you will find a link called "Privacy Policy".
  • WHERE CAN I FIND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
    The general terms and conditions can be found via the "GTC" link at the bottom of the page.
  • CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
    Once you place and pay for an order, it's ready to ship almost instantly. Once your order is in the Completed status, there is no way to change it. In this case, you can send us the entire order or individual items that you no longer like as a return.
  • WHERE CAN I ENTER MY COUPON CODE?
    If you click on the shopping cart, you will be presented with a page summarizing your order. Below the list of your items you will find the text "Coupon code?" Click here and enter the code.
  • WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
    The best way to find your size is to check the label of an OSWSA garment that fits you well. Alternatively, look in the description text on our product page, there are instructions on how to choose the right size for most items.
  • WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?
    Yes. You will receive an order confirmation by email. The invoice is included in the package in which the items ordered are sent. We send advance payment invoices by email. These should be transferred within 5 working days of receipt, otherwise we will cancel the order.

  • HOW DO I CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?
    Click on "Register" in the top right corner and select "Create New Customer Account".
  • I CAN NOT LOGIN!
    If you are having trouble logging in to our website, please review the error message that you are seeing. In most cases, the problem is because the email address or password was entered incorrectly. You can set a new password at any time.
