We know that it can happen, especially when shopping online, that an item does not meet your expectations or that a material defect has crept in. Please make the return "free" and send it back to us within 14 days, we will send you the desired replacement postage paid.
Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage caused by defective packaging.
You have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the item, you have not yet received the consideration or a have made the contractually agreed partial payment.
